Mickeal exemplifies a strong ability to lead all phases of an architectural projects across multiple industries with his intricate knowledge of business, architectural and construction practices.

Fady Farag
Fady Farag is an accountant professional with over 15 years of experience and a background in accounting. Armed with an accounting degree and an associate degree in Business Administration, Fady has dedicated over 20 years to mastering their craft. Currently, as the head of the accounting department and office manager at New Jersey General Contractor,
Fady oversees company operations, manages a dynamic team, and ensures efficient budgeting and payroll processes. Their role extends to handling client relations, guiding them through the process of building or customizing their homes, and contributing to the company’s ongoing success and growth. Fady’s commitment to excellence and customer satisfaction is evident in every aspect of their work.
Peter Fahmy
Brings over 16 years of construction experience across the United States, Egypt, and Qatar. For more than a year, he has worked closely with NJGCB CEO Mike Soliman, coordinating multiple residential projects and supporting project planning and delivery. His responsibilities include overseeing architectural deliverables, coordinating engineering teams, monitoring schedules, and managing procurement and permit coordination. Peter combines technical expertise with practical project management to keep teams aligned and projects progressing efficiently.

Dina Tawfik is the Project Administrator with years of experience in the construction industry. She is responsible for securing all required permits and approvals and coordinating with utility companies and municipalities to ensure projects stay compliant and on schedule.

I have a background in sales, business development, HR, recruitment, marketing, and team leadership. I have experience managing sales teams, recruiting and onboarding employees, monitoring KPIs, coordinating daily operations, and developing processes that support business growth. At NJGCB, my role covers multiple areas, including HR and recruitment, sales follow-up, marketing, and business operations. I manage recruitment activities, coordinate with candidates and internal teams, support lead follow-up and CRM processes through GoHighLevel, and contribute to NJGCB’s marketing strategy and content development across digital platforms. I also work on AI-driven automation and workflow development to improve recruitment, marketing, sales, and overall operational efficiency. My focus is on creating organized, scalable systems while supporting the company’s growth and strengthening its presence in the U.S. market.
Amira Soliman
I work in the accounting and administration. My responsibilities include recording and reviewing bills and invoices in QuickBooks, tracking vendor payments, checks and credit card transactions, preparing 1099 and payroll-related reports, maintaining supporting documentation, and assisting with insurance and other accounting records. I also coordinate with vendors, project teams, and management to follow up on invoices, payments, refunds, and project-related expenses. Through my role at NJGCB, I have gained hands-on experience in accounting operations, financial record keeping, reporting, and day-to-day administrative coordination.
Jairah Vermon
Architect with over five years of experience specializing in strategic space planning, advanced 3D modeling, and comprehensive technical documentation. At NJGCB, I lead interior and exterior finish execution, serving as the central liaison between clients, executive management, and suppliers. I manage the complete finish selection lifecycle, rigorously verifying plans against project specifications, evaluating selected materials to ensure they remain within budget allowances, and enforcing strict quality standards for final approval. By streamlining procurement and providing hands-on site oversight, I monitor installation precision and safeguard design fidelity from concept to completion.
